I recently saw a friend I had not seen for some time. This friend was sitting in a cafe, so I could not see them properly. I asked them how they were and they told me they were pregnant and baby is due in October. Without thinking I said wow, that's brilliant news, do you mean this October? She just looked at me and relied "No, Kermit next October, it's a 20 month pregnancy!" I felt such an idiot. Please share your own brain fart moments.

Not had the most productive day at work, I hear you

I’m a bit confused why you couldn’t see your friend in the café - why would you not see her properly? You mean she was sitting down when you arrived or something.

@EmeraldRoulette , Sorry I meant I couldn't see that she was pregnant, or how far along she may have been.

My lovely cleaner came this morning and said about people giving her strange looks when she parked. Was that parking space okay, etc.
I said I've always wanted to do indoor skydiving too!
I blame having two fans in the room, I can't hear anything properly!
She parked up okay and I misheard lots of other things. The fans are so loud!
