Hi. I'm shamelessly posting in AIBU because how could this possibly be unreasonable?!

I'm 51 and have reasonable levels of health, flexibility and strength but would like to improve these and i know a lot of women on here do exercises at home.

Things I have - a yoga mat (from my days of yoga)

2x 5lb dumbells I have recently inherited...

Bootylab resistance bands - thick fabric elastic and 3 different sizes/tensions (years old but never used 🙄)

I've been doing a Sally Gunnell short beginners full body routine (floor presses; leg only deadbugs; goblet squats; upright rows; and RDLs) but feel ready for something more challenging.

I only have about half a hour. If anyone can recommend a routine/video they use and find effective and enjoyable, would you mind sharing please? Thanks 😊

I highly recommend an ab roller. You can vary how much weight you put on it and how far you roll so it can be practically just stretching or you feel it having worked on your core, arms and shoulders. Maybe a bit naff but I like it, maybe I'd have abs if I was more bothered!

I like Kettlebells with Amy (she has other workouts) and Leo Moves bodyweight beginners workouts.

Lots of MNers love Caroline Girvan. I don't but she's definitely worth a look.
adrienne and Kassandra do great yoga sessions online.

All free.

Move fit mama on YouTube, free dance work outs, can do single songs of a few minutes or there’s some longer videos of a few songs out together. Good fun.
