New with tags Vinted

I bought a foot spa of Vinted. I know some people find that gross but I don’t, if it’s new.

however i think it’s not new as the plastic bag has been broken and the metal tie for the cord is lose.

Would you say it’s been missold

I would have listed it as new without tags.

What does that mean

I suspect it was probably gifted and someone opened it to take a look but did not use it. I think it should have been sold as new but without tags.

Probably someone's Christmas present thats been floating about the spare room for years unused. So it is new or unused.

I’d just keep it to be honest if you’re planning on using it and wouldn’t kick up a fuss
