I can’t go and leave all of our support we both need that around us to go to another area on our own would not be helpful at all and make things worse

OP who is it, boys she knows from school? An ex boyfriend and friends? Someone who fancies her and she's rejected him? Have they given any indication why they are doing this?
Does she have her father or any other male member of the family that can be there?

If the police won't turn up, put it up on the local Facebook page and ask if anybody recognises the scrotes. You should at least get support from people willing to help you

Someone who fancied her and she rejected - he is getting various boys to come to our door he waits round the corner
not that can stay in the home

Can you get one of those high pitched whistle thingys

Put in a complaint about the police they should know better

Userxyd · 03/08/2026 23:07

Can you contact his parents? Send them a video of what they’re doing and say you wanted them to have a chance to talk to their son before you go to the police so hopefully they’ll just stop and you don’t need to take it further?

Contact Paladin - they are a charity who help people being stalked and can direct you to help.

Namenamchange · 03/08/2026 23:13

Op, did you post about this before?

I think you need to get cameras, and make a complaint to the police.

WannabeWriter1988 · 03/08/2026 23:13

This is awful, it feels like nothing ever changes. Have you contacted your MP at all? A lot of them are taking a strong stance on women's safety now and might help you get more out of the police. Involve the school, reach out to anti stalking groups and get onto citizens advice to see if they can help with restraining orders. In the meantime, keep logging everything, get police reference numbers every time you contact them and post it all over your local social media groups. Keeping you and your daughter in our prayers 🙏

dogby · 03/08/2026 23:14

Ask the police for a panic alarm - they can do a smoke one, panic button, intruders etc
not a mobile phone app, ask for a panic button

The police should do more ...check out Gracie's law. She was being stalked. The police knew. Unfortunately she didn't make it. Gracie Spinks rip.

I'm so sorry that all of these people let you down like this. What about local news? Public and community support might help

Stalking victim support

https://www.suzylamplugh.org/pages/category/national-stalking-helpline

I knew a teen girl this happened to when I was a teen it dragged on and on though did get to court didn't help it was twin brothers who often blamed each other. She developed health issues in the end assume stress didn't help. I'd have hoped things would have improved in the decades since.

Dreamcatcherat50 · 04/08/2026 14:47

Keep contacting the police but be very careful how you handle their inaction. They can turn on you very quickly.

Balloonhearts · 04/08/2026 14:52

The OP is very confusing, mostly due to lack of grammar/formatting so I might have missed it, but is it just the 2 of you living there? Is her father in the picture?

I'd be inclined, if the police are letting you down, to send an older male relative round there to deal with it if possible. Make it really clear that if he comes round again, he won't be walking away.

If this isn't possible, I'd make a complaint to police that they are not protecting a minor who is being stalked. Put it in writing, when fobbed off, insist that they send you a written confirmation that they are not willing to do anything about a 15 year old girl being stalked, threatened and the criminal damage to your property.

Mysticguru · 04/08/2026 14:57

E-mail the chief constable and your MP.

It’s a long shot but could you contact the Ministers who focus on girls?

Minister for Women and Equalities: Bridget Phillipson leads overall equality policy and women's rights strategy.

Minister for Safeguarding and Violence Against Women and Girls: Satvir Kaur manages specific Home Office policies regarding domestic abuse and safety.

UK Special Envoy / Adviser for Women and Girls: Baroness Harriet Harman focuses specifically on strategic advocacy and reducing violence against women.

E-mail the chief constable and your MP.

Or the police commissioner as surely that's what their job is

DidYeAye16 · 04/08/2026 22:39

Have you contacted the boys parents and given them the evidence you have gathered. If this was my son he'd not be leaving the house and I'd completly support you.

You can contact victim support who will liase directly with the police. The national stalking helpline and the Suzi Lamplugh trust may also be able to offer advice, if you haven't yet contacted them.

Tell your neighbours, friends, family and work so they can keep an eye out. Vary your daily routines. Install cameras and alarms if you don't have them and a motion activated light at the front, side (if you have one) and back of your house. Do you have a ring doorbell?

With regards to the police, have you asked to speak directly to a supervisor or stalking lead and asked why they are not doing anything to protect her or looking to issue a stalking protection order.

Don't confront or engage with him. Keep logging and reporting everything.

I'm so sorry you're both going through this.

Are the boys the same age? If so, maybe as well as the police, go to their school or college. If the head teacher doesn’t take it seriously, get the governors involved. I know my son’s school would treat this very seriously.
