Aibu to remove from nursery

would you remove your child from this nursery?
•lo been going for 6 months & still cries going in.
•all 3 members off staff have left lo’s room within weeks without parents being informed.
•manger left at short notice (2days) for personal reasons.
•different staff week in week out ever since
•no updates throughout the day since changes

100% it sounds like chaos.

Must add lo is 2.5 and is eligible to start school nursery either in January as long as there is a place, if not then next September.

So if he starts somewhere new ot would only be for 6-12 months.

Yea I'd change nursery. 6 -12 months is a long time for a 2.5 year old and continuity of care is so important at that age, which definitely won't be happening with such a high staff turnover. You might find he settles somewhere else much quicker if he has the chance to actually bond with the staff.

As long as you have a new place lined up.

Id find a childminder until he can go to school nursery. A more home from home environment with one care giver.
