Is there a solicitor or MP who can Verify if It is breach of data protection/human rights laws or if -standard procedure; for a HMCTS court officer who refused to log all evidence against the claimant in a civil case; to allow the claimant [a member of public] to write down all of the first and second Defendants personal bank account numbers, amount, mortgage, pension, car, HMRC /DWP- all account numbers & details etc: into their personal diary during a costings court hearing?
