I know I'm not the only one.
Come reveal yourselves if you like voting the wrong answer

I guess we all get our kicks in different ways...

ColdAsAWitches · Yesterday 13:29

You're strange.

Shedmistress · Yesterday 13:30

What do you mean 'wrong answer'?

InterestedDad37 · Yesterday 13:40

I clicked the wrong one here, just for kicks too

Same

FlorenceBlack · Yesterday 13:41

I’d like to click YANBU but I have to click YABU to prove my own point

PoppieCock · Yesterday 13:42

It's been said many times that people do this when an OP asks a stupid AIBU question.

"I saw an elderly lady fall over so I held her hand while we waited for an ambulance. AIBU?"

🙄

Yes, this is the sort of thing I mean 😁

Velvera · Yesterday 13:44

If I think the OP is trolling. I click the wrong answer.

outerspacepotato · Yesterday 13:47

But you can reclick and change it like the first click never was....

Ump · Yesterday 13:58

Or you could just not vote. It isn't compulsory.

I never see any polls as I have the option turned off, but I see numerous posts along the lines of "oops, silly old me I pressed the wrong button". As someone has already pointed out upthread you can just fix it by pressing the actual button that you wanted to, but as so many people seem incapable of choosing between only two options, an others are wilfully voting incorrectly anyway, any "results" are totally meaningless.

BacksToTheFuture · Yesterday 14:11

Do people look at the vote, what for? Are you going to change your view if you're in the minority

I don't ever vote, I dont really know what the point is especially when it's not even an AIBU or it's some kind of sensitive issue

Darragon · Yesterday 15:43

If the OP is fishing for “u did the rite thing hun” like the old lady example above, I must confess I do this. 😅 I know I’m a dick sometimes but seriously.

I discovered yesterday that you actually can’t change your vote on the app. 🤷‍♀️

Yes, I use desktop but I've heard people saying they can't with the app.
