Baby's skin covered in pen after nursery

My baby is one and goes to nursery two days a week. In the past month he has come home three times with his skin covered in felt pen (see attached pic). The first time I didn't think much of it but now it's becoming regular occurrence and it's starting to grate. When I mentioned it politely his key worker just said they use pens in the baby room, she didn't seem bothered I was unimpressed. Clothes is one thing but I think on a baby's skin crosses a bit of a line. Has anyone experienced this? I want to ask then to stop using pens with him but DH thinks I should just wait and monitor the situation. I don't see why as bound to happen again. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Tbh sometimes I drop mine off at nursery looking like that with apologies that they have got loose in the pen box before 7.30am.

Ps I'd be more concerned about all the paint 🫟 on his t-shirt!

My 4 year old gets drawn on by other children. It really does annoy me. And no it does not wash off easy at all. Takes 2-3 baths for it to even start fading

Oh bless you. This is your PFB isn’t it? Honestly, this is normal for toddlers. I’d be thankful it’s felt pen and not anything else he decided to mark make with.

Same. Or letting older children draw on an immobile baby.

I did not picture a toddler drawing on himself.

This is totally normal.

I would genuinely have given the child away
