So I have just one area in the wall of the top left of my vagina that is agony all the time. When lightly touched it’s terrible and easy to pin point and the pain flairs for days. Had mri, this showed nothing up. Could this be hypertonic pelvic floor? Would it be this painful?! Or do I likely have some nerve issue. Any experiences with this would be great I’m waiting for my pelvic floor therapy appointment. I’ve started low dose of nerve tablets but no change yet. This pain is completely ruining my life right now so thanks for any replies x (also I went from leaking a lot then this started and I NEVER leak if anything to opposite I have to remember to go wee!)
