AIBU to worry my ultrasound results may have been mixed up?

Had an ultrasound scan which was to look at my uterus and liver.

after the scan the lady who did the scan said I had very large fibroids which explained my symptoms but my liver was fine.

my test results have come on the NHS site and it says my fibroids are small, my liver is fatty and also for the fibroids I had an internal scan but I didn’t.

how likely are these to be mixed up with someone else’s. Also the fibroid result came on the NHS app a week ago but the liver one has just gone on it.

my gp surgery is closed tomorrow for training so it will be Monday before I can get in touch

I would be very concerned. I would be asking for a repeat.

I was given someone else´s results on my mammogram report. Luckily it said my "implants were in a good state". The only problem being that I don´t have implants. So I went back and stated the above and a new radiographer reviewed the images and issued a brand new report. You dont need to repeat they need to look at the images again. It is rare, thank God, but it happens.

DH has had some medical issues. Once he was issued a report discussing a serious disease never mentioned as a possibility for him. Scans had been mislabelled, even though this is supposed to be impossible.
