AIBU to think police treat some hate crimes differently?

Do police take anti semitic threats seriously enough? (Police have revealed that they failed to check Manchester synagogue attacker's phones despite arresting him twice. Greater Manchester Police have apologised). He attacked a synagogue, he was a serious threat, that was missed.

However, other types of hate crime are treated more quickly eg Police believed the murderer of young Henry Novak without question, assuming the white man was in the wrong. So in that case rushing to arrest the young man who had done nothing wrong.

So some hate crime treated more importantly or differently 🤔

Or is all hate crime treated equally and Police just makes mistakes 🤔

They definitely do. They’re fucking useless.

There are bound to be a lot of good police officers but the institution seems to have lost its way.
