My partner of 4 years left me yesterday and I begged for him back I’m so so so stupid aren’t I?
he said no anyway :(

Because you love him and you're immeasurably hurt. No reason to feel stupid or ashamed, it's just you feel deeply. It's a lovely quality, but must be so painful right now.
