Saudi v Houthis

Sad to see The Houthis launched missiles targeting a Saudi airport. Houthis announced a blockade against Saudi. Houthis accuse Saudi of attacking them. Saudi say that it wasn't them it was it was another group.

This isn't the US/Iran war. This is another terrorist group attacking Saudi.

I would love to visit the Middle East for history and culture but it constantly feels unsafe.

You understand the Saudi /yemen war right! Houthi’s are terrorists. As are hezbollah, Hamas and other Islamic groups.

I do realise that The Houthis are terrorists. I mentioned in my OP. I also realise that Hamas and Hezbollah are also terrorists who cause problems in their respective countries.

Your point is?

Jordan, Bahrain, Oman. But the Middle East has had frictions, going back since civilisation began, so what’s relatively safe one day may not be the next. Decades ago I went to several Middle Eastern countries, but I’m not sure I’d go to any at the moment.
