Ds is 10 almost 11.
We don’t live near his school friends and I’m worried that he’s getting a bit lonely. Especially with the Summer holidays starting.
He’s an only child, cousins don’t live nearby. We have got some arrangements for friends to come over and he’s got his footie mates, but there’s a lot of days to fill and his school friends have got their own neighbourhood kids to play out with.
We live opposite a green and i do occasionally see some children his age playing on the green.
Would it be a stupid idea to persuade him to go out with his ball or on his bike in the hope that one of the kids asks him to play?
