AIBU to ask what might help persistent burning and itchy feet?

At my wits end for nearly 6 months had burning and itching and inflamed feet it started with itching burning then a white dry scale over my foot which dipro salic has brought that down however I it he so bad I break the skin and also have 2 big fissures.
resistant to athletes foot stuff, urea cream just burns dermovate doesn’t work - at my wits end I never sleep any ideas ?

Have you tried Epsom salts?

No does this help? No one seeks to know what it is

It takes swelling and inflammation down.

It’s quite cheap, might be worth a try?

Have you had your blood sugar checked recently?

I had itchy, burning feet when I was having chemo and the cancer nurse recommended (don't laugh!) udder cream, the kind used by farmers for cows 🤣🤣🤣 And it did work! You can get udder creams marked safe for use by humans but evidently you can just nip to a farm supplies and use the stuff meant for animals!

I have this and have had it since I was a child.

I’m under the severe eczema team at the hospital (not even my local one) and previously under rare diseases.

Nothing has ever really worked but there are things that have helped a bit. I’m currently being given immunosuppressants for it.

I really hope yours isn’t like mine because it’s severely debilitating - I rarely get enough sleep.

The things that have helped most are prescription medicines, but antihistamines do help a bit - fexofenadine for example.

Mine gave me morphine. 😂

I don’t sleep anymore it’s so painful I can barely cope

Is it purely on the skin?.Not the nerves in the feet ?.. wondering if it's neuropathy

Have you tried a doctor?

Have you been checked at the GP? Could be a build up of bile salts in the blood which deposit at extremities and cause itching, due to liver issues. Or could be anything. Best to get yourself checked
