How to fill the weekend well

Not an AIBU just for traffic 😂

Im basically starting an on-call weekend from 5pm until monday morning - im trying to be positive about it. I am not on call to go anywhere its just for phone calls about 70 in general over the whole weekend . I will be up from about 6.30am each morning. I have kids but DH will be here or around. Have elderly mother basic chores to do (she lives here)
Ive just got back from holiday and am exhausted but it is 27° here so im looking how to fill up my own cup over the weekend. I will have to stay at home or very close by so i was thinking at 6.30am when ive "opened the system" I could go for a sit at the beach 5 mins away ..maybe do some yoga.... clean my sofa and matresses with the vax..read my book that i brought on holidays. Want to be productive but relax and make the most of it instead of just being depressed "im working"

Any others tips or ideas 😬😬😬

Batch cook for the freezer - or bake cupcakes or flapjacks or something. Having something at the end of the day that you didn’t have at the start makes it feel more productive, somehow.
