I'd be very grateful for your medical/scientific opinion or personal experience of vitamins and supplements. I'm aware of the common outcome of expensive wee!
Now in my 60s, for several years I have struggled to find the energy I need for the demands of my life.
This got dramatically worse a couple of months ago and I'm only just functioning. It's possible a change of blood pressure medication or the after effects of a viral illness are contributing. I also take semaglutide (over 2 years) which has fatigue listed as a side effect. My BMI is still over 30.
My GP has arranged blood tests and an August appointment. Perhaps HRT would help or perhaps there's another fixable culprit. Meanwhile I need to declutter for a planned house move in a few weeks 🤞🏼.
Recently a Mumsnetter mentioned Lion's Mane being helpful.
I already take Magnesium and fish oil and, following blood tests last year,
Vitamin D, B12 and folic acid.
So,
Lion's Mane
Magnesium,
Fish Oil,
Vitamin D
Vitamin B13
Folic acid.
I'm trying to keep an open mind. I'd be very grateful for your opinion or experience.
