I’ve lost a lot of weight in the last two years. I’m ten and a half stone down and finally feeling more comfortable and confident in my body. The one hang up I have is my arms. I feel like they’ve taken all of the sagging skin on my body and they make me feel rubbish. How do I move on from this? I don’t want to continually cover it up because it feels like I’m reinforcing my negative thoughts about myself

Do you work out? I’ve known a few people who have lost a lot of weight and the ones that seem happiest with their bodies seem to be the ones who’ve worked on getting stronger and fitter. Something about being more in tune with their body and enjoying having stronger arms, for example, rather than finding fault with their altered body parts.
