AIBU to try a baby wind reliever for trapped wind?

I'm absolutely desperate for relief from trapped wind! I have tried peppermint in various forms, a hot bath, sitting on the loo, cycling my legs, rubbing my stomach, walking, everything I can think of. Buscopan only helps for so long. I can't take Simeticone because I'm allergic to it. It's my period currently and I'm seriously uncomfortable because I'm really bloated and need to fart 🫠🫠

In my desperate searching I came across this product and I'm wondering if it'll work for an adult? I'm genuinely desperate enough to try!

Those things are made for babies. They're absolutely tiny. Doubt they'd touch the sides of an adult, unfortunately. I'd try some yoga poses. Anything that involves twisting at the middle. Good luck!

Charcoal tablets are amazing for this. Will make you burp it out usually!
