My children, dd aged 22 neuro diverse, and her 16 yr old brother have gone to Roundhay Festival today. (From Wakefield so not far) I booked them tickets from Big Green Coach as it was advertised as a safe and direct transport option. Dd has called absolutely distraught as the driver has said bus is going to Bradford, Huddersfield then Wakefield last meaning the journey will take nearly 3 hours. Is this a normal experience? First and last time of doing this. It cost £70!
