Should child maintenance cover school lunches on the other parent’s day?

Should child maintenance cover school lunches on the day that the child is in the care of the payee? Non CMS agreement (and payment is over £200 less than the CMS would order). My opinion is maintenance is to pay for the cost of their care when with me, and not for costs when they are his responsibility.

AIBU - suck it up you should pay
AINBU - you are right, each should pay

Go for CMS agreement and pay.
At the rate now, no don't pay.

Just don’t book lunches. They can send a packed lunch.

To clarify - this is secondary school age. Child has had a mix of packed lunches and school dinners. They told me ExH was giving them money for a meal deal on their days, but now I've suggested they top up the lunch account apparently its my responsibility with the child maintenance
