my little girl ( 3.5 year old in August ) withholds her poo ( she goes every 2 days ) constantly and today had still lots of wee accidents .. it is like she is not aware when she needs to pee when playing . and having an excellent diet on a daily basis and a great eater ( stools have large but not dry ) , the only thing she doesn’t eat it is avocado otherwise she has daily pears , seeded brown homemade bread , courgettes etc . please tell me you have been through this and it resolved

I have tried everything for months and doesn’t seem to click . She has no issues sitting on the potty or staying dry outside

You need to get the withholding sorted otherwise the accidents will get more and more frequent. Impacted stool will press against her bladder making her leak.

The GP will usually prescribe miralax.

The sooner you can get it sorted the better, otherwise it can take years to full resolve.
