Poor professional sofa cleaning job

I have had my sofa and chair ‘professionally’ cleaned today - the guy was recommend by a neighbour who hadn’t used him before but knew him through a networking group through work and had seen examples of his work. I also looked at his Facebook before booking and he had 100% 5 star reviews and there were some photos so I felt happy with the work. He arrived early which was fine and I let him get on with it - when I heard him packing up I came downstairs to give the sofa a once over and still noticed some marks which I pointed out. He got a spot cleaner and cloth out and began working on the marks but I kept finding more so I suggested he get the machine back out to go over again, which he did. After the second time I again looked over the sofa and chair and thought I could maybe still see some marks but thought I’d let it dry before saying something. He left and sent me his bank account details to pay. I have since noticed more marks and to my eye it hardly looks like it’s been cleaned at all, well not professionally anyway. I am going to message him and tell him all of this, that I’m not really happy with the outcome and send him the pics - I’ll try and attach some here. I don’t know what I’m expecting him to say - I’m not happy paying for such a poor service and if he suggests coming back that’s inconvenient for me. Has anyone else had this happen, not specially with upholstery but anything in the home? Hoping for advice. Thanks.
(just to add, he did say the sofa was quite clean and he usually cleans ones that are much dirtier - so I didn’t think the marks I had would be an issue).

I've always just unzipped them an put in the machine ( misses the point) they're a pig to get back in though. Then spot clean the arms

It also said do not machine wash :/ but I did because everything goes through my machine

I do deep cleaning services and honestly sometimes some stains will not go. It’s not fair really when he’s deep cleaned it if they won’t come out he’s down his service and his time and went over again for you. Unless he stated they would all be removed then it’s sadly a case of it not meeting your expectations.

Mine say professional clean only so haven’t risked the washing machine (yet!) some parts of the sofa and chair he didn’t even touch such as the sides and the front of the arms, and the tops of the sofa cushions - I could tell as they weren’t wet at all when I first came down and I did expect the whole sofa to be cleaned. I don’t know if it’s him or maybe the solution he used but I just don’t feel like the marks on there wouldn’t be able to be removed - they are mainly food stains I think. I’m just overall really disappointed and feels like a waste of time.

I was out the kitchen - I could hear the machine going again, I felt uncomfortable standing there watching but maybe I should have?

The reason I haven’t done that is because the sofa gets water marked if cleaned in small areas (I’ve done it previously) so wanted the whole thing cleaned

The photos I’ve sent are all of dry areas that weren’t even touched.
