This ‘the Range’ order hasn’t gone through, has it?

Hi folks. I’ve just ordered a garden furniture set from the Range … or at least I thought I had. I can see on my online banking that the payment is pending.

The item is still sitting in my basket on the app and there’s no order on there. No confirmation email either.

I’m just a bit worried about ordering again, only for it suddenly to go through twice!

I think if the 'payment is pending' it must have got past the 'order placed' stage.

Cancel whilst you have the chance. Look on Facebook about all the issues people have with the range garden furniture

Agree with PP, cancel. The Range have a lot of bad reviews, especially with non delivery but taking the money.

I had exactly this happen the other day with Argos. Eventually the money came out of my account. I had an online account with Argos and checked and the order was there, so I went down to the store and it was waiting for me. I think I’d call their customer services or pop in.

Thanks everyone. I can confirm that the Range are a bugger to get hold of. Their phone number is now defunct, their WhatsApp doesn’t work and you can’t do Live Chat without an order number.
I’ve filled out an online contact form and will wait and see. Such an annoying waste of time!
