To be worried about bringing carpet beetles back home with me from holiday?

Posting here for traffic! I saw one in my hotel room on holiday and freaked out. I'm back home now - everything I took with me is bagged up in bin bags ready to be washed. Will washing everything at 60 degrees be enough? What else should I be doing as a preventative measure? What about things that aren't clothes or fabric - should I wipe them with white vinegar? I had "bites" which I now understand might be a reaction to them as I didn't notice any mosquitos in the room (although can't rule that out).

Carpet beetles or bed bugs?
Bed bugs require the reaction you've given, the paranoia and the washing and freezing of everything you've ever owned.
Carpet beetles not so much.
I thought I had bed bugs once and almost went insane. I actually had carpet beetles.

Not bed bugs. I initially thought it was one but I looked online and it seems to be a carpet beetle (the one I saw was black). I have also had bed bugs before and am still traumatised so hoping to avoid another pest infestation!
