A few weeks ago, I’d never heard of this man. A few weeks ago, he wasn’t even an MP.

Yet suddenly, he’s everywhere and going to be our next prime minister? What qualifies him for this role? It seems that all the Labour MPs love him. Why?

The whole situation is very odd to me… I’m not sure it’ll do Labour any favors at all.

I am listening to a phone in about Farage following the latest revelation about his earnings. There are a lot of disillusioned Reform voters who are beginning to see through him, it seems.

’A lot’

Jeez, how long was the phone in????

😀

obviously the prospect of Farage's star fading would be unwelcome to you. 😉

Is the phone in still going?

What kind of numbers are we up to now? Must be in the millions…

Don't be silly, petal.

Nigel Farage has reportedly told friends that he fears he'll face a by-election if he's found to have broken rules over his £5m undeclared gift...😊

Reform/Farage takes up way too much of your time and headspace is all I can say.

It’s obsessive, and oddly inconsistent with the supposed declining ‘threat’ posed by Reform.

Something doesn’t stack up.

@Bullandbear , nothing for Rayner in my view. A tax evasion issue should be a complete disbarral for ANY labour politician, IMO.

He takes up a lot of the Times' time and headspace too...😁

HMRC completely cleared Angela Rayner of both wrongdoing and carelessness. Her mistake over stamp duty was the result of complex financial arrangements to do with a trust for her disabled son.

It is a tactic of Donald Trump to smear people because they are the targets of investigations (that he starts), even when they are cleared. The UK is better than that.

Can’t right now off to splash park with kids, I have a life. My second post of day - I hardly post at weekends.

I voted for him as leader a decade ago. He's been around for years at a very high level.
