What to get an 11 year old

My daughter’s 11th birthday is imminent and I have absolutely no idea what to get her. She loves art and craft but has so much stuff already to do with it all. She loves horses and rides and has everything she needs except a pony…which isn’t happening! She is starting to get into liking beauty products and spends a lot of time wandering up and down the aisles of Boots. She doesn’t even know what she wants. What are your girls a similar age into and what would you buy them? Starting to panic!

Buy her some books and give her some money then she can decide what she wants.

There are horse themed gifts and age appropriate beauty type gifts on Temptation gifts. Have a browse on Truffle Shuffle for quirky gifts. Wicked Uncle might have some ideas.
The Works is great for books, puzzles hobby books etc if you have one near you.

Sometimes I’ve done themed gifts e.g. everything rainbow themed or an ice cream theme (daughter was older) ice cream maker sundae dishes, recipe book toppings etc.

It’s a difficult age because it’s on the cusp of young child and teen, and they sort of have a foot in both camps - the teddies and nail varnish days!

Could you give her a set of vouchers, maybe for different things: Boots, Hobbycraft, Waterstones etc. and have a shopping trip?

Craft kits? Lego? Like the flowers type ones? Or the three in 1 animals? Glitter tatoo kits? Take her pottery painting? Books? Design your own water bottle/pencil case/bag
