AIBU to not worry about a sudden rash on my knee

Aibu to not be worried about this rash? I have never had anything like this before and do not have hayfever. It’s on the inside of my knee. It just appeared today whilst sat on the sofa. For reference it is about 2-3 inches across in diameter.

Could just be heat rash. Is it itchy?

Have you been sitting on the grass, walked anywhere with nettles?

On closer inspection I have noticed a stinger and have now pulled it out

It wouldn't occur to me to be worried about that but since you clearly are (even though you're saying you're not??), then you could always pop into a Pharmacy for advice.

Looks very much like nettle rash or heat rash, heat rash is itchy (currently itching my arm!) and nettles is more stingy! Either way a cool compress will help
