An online academy is training men how to drug and rape their wives. Content teaching men how to drug and rape their wives was viewed 82Million times in one month (CNN)

#EndEyeCheck is a new rape survivor-led campaign building awareness, community, and changing the laws that allow men to get away with drugging and raping their wives and partners. We demand justice and accountability.

Consent is Non-negotiable. END DRUG FACILITATED RAPE

An online academy is training men how to drug and rape their wives. We're two survivors and we're taking on the system that enables it. #EndEyeCheck is a new rape survivor-lead campaign building awareness, community, and changing the laws that allow me...

I think the pp has a point though.

I clicked on your link and it talks about changing the laws that allow men to get away with drugging and raping their partners.
My immediate reaction was that it is illegal anyway.

I think in your opening statement it would be preferable to be explicit and say you want to: change laws so that 'disseminating information online on how to drug and rape and get away with it' should be illegal. Or whatever your actual mission is.

You have one chance to capture interest. What you are doing is important, so don't mess it up with a misleading mission statement

@Additup @TeenToTwenties. You should feed your thoughts back to the website then. I doubt they are monitoring this thread. You are assuming the OP is running the campaign. However, it’s an international campaign and marital rape is not universally recognised as a crime.

@faithfultoGeorgeMichael thanks for posting this information. It’s shocking. Tip of the iceberg. I’m glad they lifted the reporting ban.

For everyone acting confused rape and all sorts are illegal yet we know are prosecuted and convicted at much lower rates than other crimes because of how our laws are written. If you actually care and aren't trying to pick holes in an victims campaign, it's fairly obvious they mean rewriting laws that currently let these men walk free because our system isn't set up to properly prosecute these sort of intimate crimes.

Thank you for sharing OP!

They have only just decided to release the names of the other rapists in the latest case, in Manchester. The laws DO need changing and all women need to be aware of these crimes.
