I bought one each for my teenagers from Amazon. They feel cold for a few seconds then just feel like a normal sheet. However both teens are using them.

Yeeessss I love mine! I will admit when temps get above 30 nothing helps except ice packs but I sleep under one year round and it helps keep the perimenopause sweats at bay!
