AIBU to have very little appetite in this hot weather?

The heat n humidity has certainly affected my appetite.

Today I had a bowl of cereals
lunch - a bag of crisps

I’m not one that appetite gets affected with heat or illness

Had just under 2 litres of water

No it doesn’t make me lose my appetite in fact I want icecream and ice cold glasses of fizz
more. I never ever lose my appetite. But I’m healthy and not overweight so not that bothered.

Salad and protein all the way here plus staying hydrated hope it helps my diet

Me, it feels like a waste of my Mounjaro this week tbh.

I’ve raided the discounted Tesco sushi twice this week already as that’s all I really fancy in this weather! That and ice cold rose so it’s probably more calories than usual…
