AIBU to be annoyed already today?

To ask how your ndn has been a twat already today?
Mine was out using power tools at 8.05 in the front garden so less than 4 meters from bedroom window.
Then they went out at 10 and their ddog is still barking his disapproval..
Then again he barks when they are home also.
From locked in the upstairs bedroom..
Twats.

I’m lying in the garden on my sunlounger and can’t really hear much.
Think the lady next door might be having a glass of wine while sunbathing and the couple on the other side are generally very quiet but can sometimes hear their timer for knowing when their tea is brewed 😂
someone has 2 dogs a couple of houses along, never hear them.
Occasionally the neighbours behind us have party’s (same as us) but we have really long 200ft gardens and it’s not a bother, they’re not raucous. I can’t hear anything from them today.
Honestly feel very grateful to have such quiet neighbours, sorry op, it sounds crappy for you 🥴

my ndn lets their children scream at the front from 6.30am every fucking day knowing people are still asleep & have windows open. I am one day from shouting at them to shut their kid up. 😂
