AIBU to complain about constant horn beeping from temporary traffic lights?

There is a temporary traffic light outside my block of flats and it’s causes cars to lay on their horns beeping it all night long. Even with the windows shut in this heatwave, I couldn’t get to sleep. Often a whole row of cars beeping.
What can I do about it?

Why would temporary lights cause so many people to beep their horn? I’ve never seen what you’re describing.

People getting frustrated that it’s not changing fast enough. Or the people at the front not driving off fast enough. Loads of reasons.
It’s still going now.

It must be like living in continental Europe!

But beeping at it won't make the lights change. Drivers need to learn patience. But yes contact the council or the company responsible for the lights and tell them the issues
