To be really shocked at these comments?

On my Facebook feed, I came upon a video of a girl from India who dances, she looks early teens and the comments, which seem to be from mostly Indian(?) men are fucking abhorrent, calling her cute and beautiful, and they're the mild ones. This girl looks young. Underage. Its making me feel sick. The girls name is Little Bristi. Is this a cultural norm is those parts of the world? If so, its a seriously sick world to be in.

Men are a danger to women and children (and one another) in every part of the world.

India is a country where little girls are routinely sold off to marry older men to then be sexually abused and forced to have children.
Rape and underage marriage is a major issue in India, surely you can’t not have known about it.

I did know about it, but for these men to be making such disgusting comments in public has really shocked me. Poor girls :(

Sorry to ask, being old and no longer understanding the modern world...

Would it be appropriate for women to call her cute or beautiful, or should I reserve those for pets? Or is it because they're comments on a post rather than something said in person. Not that i often comment on any posts, but I'm honestly struggling.

Having gone to have a look she doesn't seem to be massively special compared to lots of other dance clips, but I rarely see comments that aren't quite hyperbolic these days ... everything seems to be amazing or fantastic or brilliant etc

Tbh I'm not sure calling children is bad. It's the sort of thing I would say. But as regards India my friend retains a rickshaw driver solely to take her teenage daughters to school because of the danger they would face on their own from perverts and the older daughter training to be a doctor, decided to walk to her hospital and she was hit with a cane by police because she was not modesty dressed (she was by our standards) and out without a man! She feels that it's only because when she remonstrated it became clear she was 'posh' and could show hospital id that it didn't end up much worse. As soon as she is qualified, she is off to Australia. This was in Pune fgs so not exactly a backwater.

Women fine, men absolutely not. She's a child.
