AIBU to worry after ordering from Pharmacy Planet online?

Has anyone or does anyone still use Pharmacy Planet?

Checked trust pilot and all seemed good. Now I'm worried as theres a few comments on Facebook saying orders never turned up and saying its a scam.
Ordered a 2 pack of mounjaro so a bit worried now.

The website pharmacyplanet.com is the same website that’s named in the GPhC inspection report for Pharmacy Planet, so that seems legitimate to me. They were inspected in Jan this year and passed all sections, so that also seems legitimate to me.

Presumably you went through an online consultation, provided your ID and/or evidence of your current weight/BMI? Rather than just ordered without any questions? Did they confirm that your prescription has been approved?

No id but questionnaire. I cancelled the order and im going to get from my usual place instead. Just a pain as wanted to get a bundle.

Oh well, I guess no issues then if they let you cancel. They are a legitimate pharmacy though. People seem to use the word “scam” to mean issues with delivery, or poor customer service, or confusion over the ordering process.

In the 11 minutes between your initial and second posts there was one response telling you it's fine, but you went and cancelled the order anyway. Why did you bother posting if you weren't going to take notice of any replies?

Used them plenty of times. They are on the longer side of dispatch and delivery so I usually end up waiting a week for my order but it’s fine.

Yes this is what worried me. Just a shame as if they were quicker it would be so much better.
