3 weeks ago I received a “brand new without tags” bag from Vinted. It stank and was damaged inside.
I immediately reported it to Vinted. They initially gave a deadline of four days for the seller to provide a solution.
Six days later I chased up and they said two more days.
It’s now three weeks on, the seller hasn’t provided anything solution and Vinted support won’t answer my messages chasing up a solution.
AIBU to ask if there is any way for me to escalate this?
