Will bathroom paint will peel after one mist coat?

Hi, just painted the bathroom, first time doing any painting of any sort.

Walls are new plaster but have been drying for 2 months, so not worried about moisture from that point.

I've used Armstead Trade Contract Matt as a mist coat, diluted as per instructions, waited a couple of hours and used used Dulux diamond eggshell on top.
Both one coat each.

I didn't sand the walls, and I've woken up having dreamt of the paint having peeled and piled on the floor.

YABU - Don't bother with a second coat as it will peel off. Sand back to plaster and start again.

YANBU - Should be fine, carry on with second coat.

Thanks.

I think one mist coat will be fine.
