I am completely burnt out. I've been teaching 20 years and I'm done. But I'm finding it really hard to find another job.
Am I being unreasonable to think that teaching in an online school will be any easier?
Or will it be the same behaviour issues and workload, but for less pay?
Has anyone made the switch to online teaching or use them to support home education? What are your experiences?
