I haven’t recieved my gift from Compare the market

I took out life insurance with compare the market in December last year. The offer on the particular policy I got out/ company I went with (legal and general) said £250 Amazon vouchers when I take the policy out, after 6 months of payments.

I completely forgot about it until yesterday when I went to look, nothing is on my compare the market account and nothing is on my legal and general account.

My June payment has gone out so it’s definitely been 6 monthly payments.

TBH, I could do with £250 Amazon vouchers right now.

WIBU to do a bit of an investigation into it? Does anyone know if I should contact Compare the Market or the insurance company themselves?

I've had a quick google and found this:

To claim the gift, you must pay six monthly premiums, remain eligible for the offer (typically valid for policies taken out within specific promotional windows, such as April 2026), and follow the claim instructions sent via email within 45 days of your sixth payment.

So, it looks like you should receive your email within 45 days from your last payment.
