There’s a restaurant I went to last year with friends which was disastrous in both food and service.
We complained at the time and swore not to go back.
However, they have stunning views of a lake and USED to be a really good place to go. So I’ve kept an eye on reviews in case theyve changed management or massively improved.
I noticed today that they’ve now started to use AI to respond to reviews.
