i saw a post that apparently it’s expected you have a baby by the time your 30 but then people also saying people should enjoy their 20’s so which is it really

This is why I always tell women to do what they want to do. They think they are being "protected" by advice to not have children too young or too old but they are being controlled. The window is shrinking to the point there isn't one because we're all working!!! Don't ask society or the medical system permission to live your life. That's my humble opinion.

Here's some better advice: the best time to have a baby is when you and your partner are ready. Any time in your 20s or 30s is ideal, but bear in mind that women's fertility tends to gradually decline from about age 35. Many women are still able to have babies in their late 30s and into their 40s, but not all are, so if you definitely want children and are in a position to have them, don't wait too long.

Surely its different for everyone…… and then life circumstances will play a part in how things wirk out.
