AIBU to worry Ebola could be used in one of the current conflicts?

What's happening in the countries affected by the recent ebola outbreak is an absolute tragedy and my heart goes out to all affected; and those trying to help them.

With this strain having a fatality rate of around 30% and no current vaccine, it struck me that it could easily be used as a 'weapon of mass destruction' in one of the many wars currently going on. All it would take is for someone who is infected to be paid a lot of money (for their family after death), to be trafficked into populated war areas. Or even their blood used to infect others.

For example, I think Russia has a presence in DR Congo (military and medical), so it could be possible for them to 'insert' unwell people into Ukraine etc.

YABU - It won't happen
YANBU - There's a strong possibility it may happen

Yeah, I think you need to take a step back.

I used the Mumsnet AI suggested title change - only just realised it said 'worry'. I am not worried, but only because it's not a thing and I don't live in the affected areas.
