Well done Hull FC. I'm ever so sorry Boro' didn't get there but very happy for Hull. I had the absolute pleasure of being stuck in Hull with a broken down car last Sept which gave me a chance I didn't ask for to get to know the place and people more than I intended.

Puts us fake-friendly people of the SW to shame. Thankfully I get to visit twice a year for the next 3 years!

Never really been a Fan myself but having obtained a job in a Bookies last autumn and asked what football team I suppoerted; having recently returned from the City of Hull, not like my broken down car, I was mightily impressed by the place and the people and chose Hull FC.

I'm glad you like Hull, it is a genuinely lovely place which gets a lot of bad press. Just one thing - you mean Hull City AFC. Hull FC is one of the rugby league teams here. Called that to distinguish it from Hull KR.

You said you loved Hull and the people, the people who voted reform, or didn't bother voting. I'm happy for Wales and Scotland when they qualify. It was nice that Accrington Stanley fans got to watch top players, when they played Liverpool. I don't know why Liverpool fans would be disgruntled. It's an exciting time for the club, if Slot starts allowing them to play English football.
