This is a very long story which has gone on for years, so I will just give you a brief rundown.
My BIL had been beating my sis up for a while, we managed to get her out into a Womens refuge and pressed charges. He just got a fine! He then tracked down and blackmailed my sis into going back to him. (I know, Stupid cow for going back!).
Anyway, he then beat her up again and then slit her throat. He missed her artery by 3MM.
He was sentanced and got 2yrs but only served 10 months. My sis has had to move away because of hassle from his family. He is now out and living with a female prison warden!!! Can you believe it?

bloodu disgrace, had some trouble with my ex bf and was going to press charges and decided against it as was told that he would get a fine or not much for it, its a disgrace, they tell us to get away and they do nothing, no wonder people go on and think more hassle to leave so stay, the court only take seriously when they are dead! disgusting!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure but believe that thats a disciplinary for the prison warden if he's been let out early he'll have some restrictions that probably mean she shouldn't be intouch with him. I'll google it.

Doesn't suprise me either - it's an absolute disgrace of this country.

I will say though, that she isn't stupid for going back - she could well have been so afraid and almost brainwashed that she'd do anything

poor, poor woman though - hope she can get her life together and move on

OMG, can you report the warden?? Has she had any involvement with the early release? Surely this can't be allowed and in the long run it would be best for her if you report her, no!?
I don't know how it all works but FFS it sounds ridiculous!!
