So DS has flown to Europe today.

Land and they have to wait for shuttle bus.

It arrives.

Told the have to walk to it and someone will meet him at the terminal with his wheelchair.
DS said the looked momentarily perplexed when he replied “well if I could do that I wouldnt need a wheelchair”

The said they could get him the accessible bus but he’d have to wait.

DS is luckily very laid back with a sense of humour 🤣

Good god😂 reminds me of being on phone calls for my mom and they say you have to put her on the phone. She's completely deaf, which I've told them over and over. And they still say they need to speak to her. I'm like, well I can give her the phone but she's not going to bloody hear you!

My father’s car insurance renewal came through just before he died. My brother rang them to tell them he wouldn’t be renewing and to remove him from their customer list. They would need to speak to him before they could do that!

I’d like to say that surprises me but sadly it doesn’t.

I’m so sorry for the death of your dad. Your poor brother having to deal with such idiocy at that time.

it becomes not funny when the stupid sticking to the script doesn’t even allow for common sense at death.
