White socks for trainers....can anyone recommend?

Bought a lovely pair of white Mustang trainers today.

Im looking for white socks that

1. don't show above the shoe and that STAY ON and don't slip off

1. white socks thatdon't get a hole at the toe! This seems to happen a lot with socks these days!

Puma and sketchers both have silicone pad at the heel which means they don't slip in trainers. I've had both sets for a couple of years now and not a single "holy toe" despite daily wear (8 pairs in rotation so each sock has been worn and washed at least a 100 times)

I just buy primark trainer socks

M&S do white trainers liners, so do Skechers. I don"t know if it's still on but last summer, Skechers were doing half price socks with any shoe purchase.
