To ask body butter v lotion?

Which one should I use age 41

I'm not a fan of body butter. I prefer something more fluid.
I do like the Garnier range of body creams and balms, often on half price offer, which are thicker than a body lotion but not as solid as a body butter

I like weleda body lotions. I’m absolutely Rubbish at using them though. Forget!

I used to use a sanctuary body oil spray too.

I’ve started using the sanctuary spa lotion but in a tub it’s so much easier but the only one they have in a tub is body butter which I’m not considering but not sure,. Hence the original question

The motion u have to squeeze out which is annoying

I find body butter a bit gross! Much prefer lotions.

Both are nice. Butter is better for dryer skin but I gave up on it as I don't like a tub. I use euricin in a pump bottle now which is rich like butter bot has consistency of a thick lotion.

@helpmelosemybigbelly they do sanctuary body lotions in a pump bottle if that’s easier. Not all retailers will hold that product though.

Love body butters

May I throw something into the ring? Body Shop body yogurt. I have the rose one and it’s very good, absorbs incredibly swiftly and leaves skin feeling great.

I like both but the body butter seems more moisturising for me.Think it depends on your own skin type as to which works better. I tried one on each arm for a week to see which worked best!. Also tried a spray body oil which worked when I first put it on but didn't seem that effective as the day went on compared to the butter.
