I work in a male dominated environment. One of the men in the office is a little bit older than the rest of us so this may be a generational thing, however he often makes comments that I think are quite sexist. For example he oftern goes out on site visits and mentions to the women that we should make sure the kettle is on when he gets back. When he gets back he says "im back ladies" implying that somebody needs to make him a brew! The men were looking to start a football team a few months ago and he said the women could get involved too as they needed somebody to wash and iron the kits! Would you report this or would you just say its office banter?
