I have 7 days off, and I planned to get so much done including get back on my health and fitness track. I have been burning the candle at both ends for 7 months and had a lot of family and work stress. Now I am sick with a bad cold and lost my voice.
I am gutted I can't go to my exercise classes.
So help me choose what to do, because I am sitting here in my PJ's and can't decide.
Should I
a) Go shopping for summer clothes (even though I need to lose 3KG)
b) Sit outside in the sun and do my admin (which is causing me stress as I am behind and then read my book)
