Had a premonition last night

Most bizarre thing happened last night, I dreamt a close colleague of mines family member had died and I was messaging her to say sorry for your loss etc - it's weird to even dream of her as I don't speak to her on a daily basis and saw she was out of office this morning, to find out someone from her family did in fact die last night. Never had anything happen like that before. A little spooked by it!

do you believe in premonitions because I never did until now

I will preface by saying that this could have been a coincidence, and that may well be the most likely explanation.

That said, I do believe that people can have premonitions - maybe that's what this was. I don't think there's any way of knowing for sure.

Ooh, that’s weird! Hopefully just a coincidence

a couple of weeks ago I was walking along a busy corridor at work ( hospital) and a cousins ex randomly popped into my head, then about 2 minutes later he actually walked past me from the opposite direction. It was odd

I woke suddenly in the night many years ago dreaming that my dad was very ill and on the verge of dying. It woke dh up and I was really unsettled and told him. Got a call at work at midday from my sister to say he’d had a heart attack. Luckily he survived but it really spooked me and my husband.

How many times have you dreamt of someone dieing, but they didn't? You forget about all the times that nothing happened but remember this because coincidentally, something did this time. It's confirmation bias.

You dont know that for sure though. Maybe, maybe not. I only ever dreamt of someone proposing once, it was my uncle and she said yes. Woke up, told my brother, later that day we found out via a call from our parents that my uncle just proposed!(and our now auntie said yes).
